Dear Arab Director …

As we stand recently at the gates of the twenty first century, and in light of the quick volatile events appear on the Arab and world arena, and of the effective changes and the new universal challenges; we find it urgent and inevitable to face such challenges and economic, political, social, and technological changes in different fields and all fields of business.

In fact, tackling and dealing with such changes represent a new challenge that we should confront with civilized liberal thought and with innovated practical system. This is the role of the administration of changes, which are required to our Arab organizations whether they will be in the structure of career organization or development, in technology, in individual behavior, or in the policies of institutions and authorities in order to interact and adapt to such changes that will not stop moving around us.

In this sense, and supporting to the philosophy that assumes that investment in human resources is one of the axes of making advanced and unprecedented progress in facing such challenges. Accordingly, this is the mission of the center as its leaders have adopted the content of such idea and adopted the approach that promotes professional performance and awareness of the requirements of our Arab environment and the dimensions of our culture in addition to the modernity in thoughts, the genuineness in dealing, and the excellence in implementation. As a result, the center is capable of achieving unprecedented achievements that we feel pride and glory whenever we mention that approximately thirty five thousand Arab directors have participated and have courses during participation in our symposiums and training programs whether in our beloved Egypt or in different world capitals and Arab and European cities. We are very pleased of the great success that achieved in our conferences held in the British Capital, London, as well as in Cairo in collaboration with Ripa International, or in the United States of America in cooperation with New Mexico University that combine recent treatment and Contemporary of topics that are necessary to be presented due to they are required in our institutions, with most recent administrative subjects that such world changes impose.

We seize the chance to thank and appreciate the leaders of deep rooted Arab institutions, which fully trust our center as they promote, encourage,   and support our drive notably. We also appreciate the experienced and distinguished experts who our center are pride of in addition to the unknown soldiers who protect and work in favor of such entity and exert different efforts. All of the aforementioned deserve many thanks and gratitude (The Arab Center for Consultation and Training “Acct”).
